Laura Petchikowsky

Laura Petchikowsky is a seasoned retail operations professional with significant experience across various prestigious brands. Currently serving as Responsable des Opérations Retail at Maison Francis Kurkdjian since February 2023, Laura previously held the position of Responsable des Opérations at Longchamp from January 2019 to January 2023. Prior to that, Laura worked at Sephora as Retail Operations Manager, where responsibilities included forecasting sales, optimizing performance, and developing measurement tools, along with roles as Team Leader and Customer Experience Manager.
