Chef Baker at Maison Kayser USA

Shurou PU is an experienced baker with a diverse background in pastry and bread production. Currently serving as an Independent Baker and Senior Pantry Worker at Occasions Caterers since July 2018, Shurou PU manages customized pastry and bread inventory for events while transitioning between catering facilities and on-site service. In addition, Shurou PU has been a chef baker at Maison Kayser USA since July 2016, overseeing production for two bakeries and training new bakers. Previous experience includes a role as a baker at Wagas, focusing on various mixing, shaping, and baking tasks, as well as an internship at Le Grenier à Pain, where skills in both the pastry and bakery departments were developed. Shurou PU holds a Professional Intensive Pastry Diploma from Ferrandi-Paris and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from Jiangnan University.
