Iseult Delabroy

Iseult Delabroy is an experienced marketing professional and social entrepreneur, currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Maison Landemaine since December 2023. As a co-founder of Make It Work Project since September 2019, Iseult focuses on showcasing innovative management and governance practices. Iseult's recent roles include leading development for the governmental website Code du travail numérique at beta.gouv.fr, and participating as an Entrepreneur for Good with Live for Good, aiming to support social entrepreneurship. Previous experience includes co-founding KOMMUNITY, a venture dedicated to affordable co-living solutions, and serving as a Junior Marketing Product Manager at L'Oréal. Iseult holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris and has pursued education in business administration at FGV, alongside preparatory studies in geopolitics, philosophy, and mathematics.
