Paula Rodríguez Pérez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and education. Currently serving as the Director General Retail at Groupe ETAM since January 2020 and as Country Manager Iberia at MAISONLEJABY since March 2018, Paula has developed a strong expertise in the fashion and luxury sectors. In addition, Paula is a professor at ESIC Business & Marketing School, teaching a Master in Fashion and Luxury since 2015.
