Romulus VAO has extensive experience in maintenance and supervision within the seafood gastronomy sector, currently serving as Adjoint du Chef de Département Maintenance at R&O, Seafood Gastronomy since July 2018, with prior roles including HVAC Supervisor at SMEF Madagascar and Site Maintenance Supervisor at Newrest. Romulus began working with R&O in 2015 as Adjoint du Responsable de la maintenance du site écloserie. Educational qualifications include a degree in Management d’équipe et efficience from Saint-Cyr Formation Continue, a Level 1 Diver certification from Scuba Nosy Be, an Ingeniorat in Technique Avancée de la Maintenance from Institut Supérieur de Technologie de Diego, and a T.S en froid et ingénieur en maintenance industrielle from IST-D.
