Denis Lamoureux

Denis Lamoureux is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as Group CFO at Maisons du Monde since March 2024. Prior to this role, Denis held the position of Executive Vice-President Finance at Lacoste from September 2017 to March 2024 and served as Directeur Fiscal & Finance Holding at MFIS, overseeing the fiscal and financial operations for Lacoste, Aigle, Gant, and Parashop from January 2016 to September 2017. From 2008 to 2016, Denis worked at Maus Frères International Services as Directeur Fiscal, managing international tax activities and structuring related financial policies. With prior experience in corporate finance at LVMH and as a Senior Prix de Transfert at Taj, a Deloitte affiliate, Denis possesses extensive expertise in financial structuring, tax management, and international finance. Denis holds a degree from HEC Paris and a DESS in Fiscalité Internationale from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
