Farah Shakra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, project management, and AI solution architecture. Currently serving as a Product and Project Manager at Maistering B.V. since October 2019, Farah manages the product development roadmap for a project management tool and oversees the implementation and advisory projects for clients' digital transformation journeys. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Solutions Architect at Libatel, where Farah led a solutions architect team to deliver innovative technology solutions, and Project Manager at QTS, achieving significant success in site acceptance processes. Farah's career began as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Aheeva, ensuring the quality of contact center applications.
