Jeanette Spriggs

Jeanette Spriggs is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in sales training and consultancy, particularly within the new homes sales sector. Currently serving as a Consultant and Trainer for Maitland Selwyn since August 2013, Jeanette focuses on enhancing customer service, improving sales techniques, and mentoring both new entrants and seasoned professionals in the industry. Prior to this role, Jeanette was the Regional Sales Manager at Audley Retirement, where leadership and motivation of sales teams were key responsibilities. Jeanette's career also includes significant positions at Lloyds Banking Group, where roles included Professional Services Manager and Valuation Surveyor, alongside early experience in business development at TXU Energy and health promotion at NHS North Yorkshire and York. Jeanette holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of St Andrews and a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Appraisal and Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
