Dr. Christian Meyer

Dr. Christian Meyer is a Partner and Principal Attorney-at-law at Maiwald Intellectual Property, specializing in patent, design, and trademark infringement litigation since May 2018. Prior to this role, Dr. Meyer served as a Senior Associate at Boehmert & Boehmert Anwaltspartnerschaft mbB from July 2013 to May 2018, and as a Research Associate at Maiwald Patentanwalts GmbH from January 2010 to October 2012. Dr. Meyer holds a Doctor of Law degree from Heinrich-Heine-Universität, Düsseldorf, completed in 2008, and is recognized as a Certified IP Lawyer in Germany. Areas of expertise include legal advice on intellectual property matters, development and enforcement of IP strategies, crafting licensing agreements, and addressing issues related to counterfeit goods and illegal parallel imports.
