Al Sporer

Al Sporer has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Al currently serves as the VP Sales - Data and Analytics at Majesco since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Advisor Board at MSS International GmbH starting from September 2016.

In 2017, Al Sporer became a Board Member at mobohubb, where they focused on mobotour's mobile app and web portal offerings for optimizing workforce investments and real-time data reporting.

From 2020 to 2021, they held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Budderfly, providing energy-saving solutions for businesses.

In their previous roles, Al Sporer held positions such as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Anexinet, where they focused on digital business transformation and modernization, and Founder/Managing Partner at Alakrity, providing growth strategies and operational expertise to software and SaaS companies.

Prior to that, they served in various leadership roles at CA Technologies, including Vice President - NA Services, Global VP and General Manager Customer Education and New Technologies, Vice President, Acquisition Integration Executive, Vice President, Area Manager East, and Vice President, GRC Business Unit.

Earlier in their career, Al Sporer worked at EMC as a Senior Director in sales operations and channel software, as well as in director-level positions in operations consulting and the open software business unit. Al also started their career as a Manager at Accenture.

Before entering the private sector, Al Sporer served as an officer in the United States Air Force, where they held the role of Captain and worked as the Branch Chief for HQ Pentagon Plans and Program.

Al Sporer holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
