Lori Stanley serves as the SVP and Chief General Counsel for Majesco, a global provider of technology solutions for life & annuity and property & casualty insurers, since July 2011. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel at enherent Corp., where responsibilities encompassed legal risk assessment, corporate governance, and operational strategies; The A Consulting Team, where collaboration with senior executives supported strategic planning; Netplex, providing legal and HR support during rapid growth; and Computer Horizons, managing legal matters for a significant corporation. Lori Stanley began their career as Managing Partner at DiVenuta & Stanley, P.C., focusing on commercial transactions and legal advice for corporate clients. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from St. John's University.
