Mahendran Rajendran

Mahendran Rajendran has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mahendran started their career at Adithya Software Ltd in 1995, where they gained experience in various technologies and worked with international clients. Mahendran then joined 3i Infotech in 2004, serving as VP of Offshore Delivery and later as AGM of Insurance Solutions in South America. In 2008, they were deputed to Elegon Infotech in China as the DGM and Head of Business Development for the Offshore Development Center. Mahendran then moved to TransCentra FTS Pvt. Ltd. as the VP of Technology. In 2016, they joined 3i Infotech Ltd again, as VP and Head of Global Delivery Assurance & Quality Management, leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring CMMi certification. Mahendran then moved to Azentio Software in 2021, serving as VP and Head of Business Support & Quality Management. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Delivery - Digital 1st at Majesco since 2022.

Mahendran Rajendran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Mahendran further pursued their education and earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, graduating in 1999.
