Manish Shah

Manish Shah is the current President & Chief Product Officer at Majesco. Prior to this, they served as the President & CEO of Cover-All Technologies from August 2000 to June 2015. Under their leadership, the company was transformed and relisted on the major stock exchange. Manish also grew the customer base and revenue with limited resources and added some of the world’s largest insurers as customers in a highly competitive core system market. In addition, they orchestrated two acquisitions for expanding the product portfolio and customer base as well as the merger with Majesco to help unlock shareholder value, more opportunities for employees and rapid improvements in products and services for customers.

Prior to joining Cover-All Technologies, Shah was a Sr. Consultant at Zen & Art (August 1997-August 2000) and a Sr. Systems Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services (August 1992-August 1997).

Manish Shah has a MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Computer Science from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.

Manish Shah reports to Adam Elster, CEO & Director. They work with Ed Ossie - COO, Joe Aho - CFO, and Lori Stanley - General Counsel.
