Ganesh Rao

Ganesh Rao is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and innovation across leading technology companies. Currently serving as President and Chief Product Officer at RL Core Technologies since June 2025, Ganesh has also held significant roles as Chief Product Officer at The Wolfe Companies, LLC and as an investor and advisor for various startups since 2020. Previously, at Microsoft from 2007 to 2024, responsibilities included leading incubation within the Technology & Research organization and overseeing the launch of major products such as Bing, MSN, and Edge. Earlier career experiences include product management at Amazon and software engineering management at Ford Motor Company. Ganesh holds an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and Finance from the University of Michigan and a BE in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Mysore.
