Mike de Waal

Mike de Waal is currently the SVP Group Insurance Solutions at Majesco, a global leader in cloud insurance software solutions. With a background in various insurance-related roles, including President & CEO at Global IQX and Chief Revenue Officer at ConnectInsure, Mike has extensive experience in the industry. Mike is also the founder of MD Benefits Group, an employee benefits consulting firm. In terms of education, Mike holds a Master's Certificate in Innovation Leadership from Schulich School of Business at York University and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University's SC Johnson College of Business.
