Mike Grabowski

Mike Grabowski has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Mike started their career at XL Catlin as an IT Business Analyst, where they led the design and implementation of a distribution management solution. Mike then became an Enterprise Data Governance Business Analyst before moving on to Allied World, where they held the positions of Senior Project Manager and Assistant Vice President, focusing on product and solution development. In these roles, they successfully implemented a new policy administration and issuance system and developed business strategies and technology solutions. Currently, they are working at Majesco, where they have held various roles, including Solutions Engineer, Senior Principal Solution Consultant, Director, and Vice President of Strategy & Solutions. In these positions, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, fostering collaboration and innovation, and shaping comprehensive strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Mike Grabowski attended Central Connecticut State University from 2003 to 2008, during which they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
