Ciaran Smith has extensive experience in sales support and customer service, currently serving as Sales Support Manager at Majestic Wine since March 2016, after holding positions as Account Manager and Trainee Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Ciaran worked at Sainsbury's from September 2009 to March 2016, where responsibilities included providing bespoke customer service and performing stock checks with a focus on product quality. Ciaran holds a Bachelor of Arts in French and Italian from Royal Holloway, University of London, supplemented by Erasmus placements at Università degli Studi di Torino and Aix-Marseille University.
