David Stead

David Stead is a Non-Executive Director at Majestic Wine. David has previously held positions as the Chair of Audit Committee at the University of Birmingham, Finance Director at Boots The Chemists, and Finance Director at Boots Healthcare International. David also has experience as CFO at Dunelm Group plc, where they were responsible for overseeing the company's IPO in 2006. In 2018, they returned to Dunelm Group plc as Interim CFO in order to help stabilize the business.
