Nikki Graham has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nicola (Nikki) is currently working as the Head of Content and Brand at Majestic Wine, where they are responsible for content strategy and brand management. Prior to this, Nikki worked at Liv-ex, starting as a Marketing Assistant in 2016 and progressing to the role of Head of Content. In this role, they led the development and expansion of Liv-ex insights, managed the content team, and ensured the success of published content. Before joining Liv-ex, Nikki worked as a Restaurant Manager at Rococo Group and as a Bartender at AZZURO. Nicola (Nikki) also served as a Bar Supervisor at Bar Dos Hermanos.

Nicola (Nikki) Graham has a diverse education history. From 2010 to 2014, they attended the University of Leicester and earned a Bachelor's degree in English and American Studies with a year abroad. Following that, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. In 2019, they enrolled in the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and completed a Diploma in Wine and Spirits, which they finished in 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Nikki Graham has obtained several certifications. In July 2016, they achieved the Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Subsequently, in July 2018, they obtained the Level 3 Award in Wines from the same institution. More recently, in August 2021, they obtained certifications as a Certified Fire Marshall (FM) and in Emergency first aid at work from St John Ambulance.
