Megan Worthing-Davies has a wide range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Megan is currently the COO and Co-founder of Maji Financial Wellbeing Ltd, where they are responsible for driving the mission of building a financially secure future for everyone. Prior to this, Megan served as the COO of CAPITALusM and Team Up Hub, where they implemented strategic initiatives and oversaw daily operations. Megan also held positions such as Interim CEO and Director of Learning and Evaluation at Team Up Hub. Megan has demonstrated their expertise in project management and leadership while working for organizations like Football v Homophobia, European Gay and Lesbian Sports Federation, Amnesty International, Teach First, and Future Considerations. Megan'sroles encompassed responsibilities such as directing projects, managing programs, and designing educational initiatives.

Megan Worthing-Davies has a BA Hons degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford. Megan also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Megan has obtained Qualified Teacher Status in Citizenship from Canterbury Christ Church University. Additionally, they have an MSc in Gender with a minor in Behavioural Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Megan has obtained the AgilePM Practitioner certification from APMG International in November 2018.
