Carine Maamari

Carine Maamari is a seasoned professional in human capital management, currently serving as a Human Capital Business Partner for the Shopping Malls Business Unit at Majid Al Futtaim since May 2019. In this role, Carine partners with heads of multiple functions to enhance organizational and people capability while driving engagement and business performance. Prior positions at Majid Al Futtaim included Associate Manager roles focused on talent management and employee engagement strategies.
