Caroline Muya

Caroline Muya is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as the Human Resource Business Partner at Majid Al Futtaim, focusing on the Head Office and E-Commerce since January 2022, after holding the position of Human Capital Manager in the E-Commerce Department. Prior to this role, Caroline served as a Human Resource Business Partner at Koki & Associates from November 2019 to December 2021 and was the Human Resource Manager at Big Five Breweries Ltd from March 2014 to August 2019, overseeing the human resource function. Earlier experience includes serving as the Human Resource and Administration Officer at the African Center for Development Communication from January 2013 to February 2014, and as a Student Volunteer at ChildFund International from April 2010 to May 2011.
