Jade Doel currently serves as a Senior Manager in Experience Design at Majid Al Futtaim, where responsibilities include representing the Design & Innovation team, delivering innovation strategies, and enhancing customer experiences across various business units. Previous roles include leading the Experience Research & Design Chapter at Countdown Supermarkets, as well as positions at The Warehouse Group, where key projects focused on enhancing in-store and online customer interactions. With extensive expertise in UX design and design thinking methodologies, Jade has contributed to numerous successful initiatives and product developments across multiple industries, complemented by a Bachelor of Product & Furniture Design from Unitec.
