Kinda Alkoud

Kinda Alkoud is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Legal Director at Majid Al Futtaim since July 2007, where responsibilities include providing strategic counsel on compliance, governance, and regulatory matters as well as leading legal support in high-value M&A transactions. Prior to this role, Kinda held various positions at Metito from November 2004 to June 2007, culminating in the role of Senior Legal Counsel, and began career experience at Nestlé as a Supply Chain Department Administrator from June 2002 to May 2004. Kinda is pursuing an International Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance from the International Compliance Association, in association with the University of Manchester, scheduled for completion in January 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Economics in Business Management from Damascus University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from The American University in the Emirates.
