Mohamed Abdelfattah is an accomplished senior HR professional with extensive experience in Total Rewards and Human Resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Shared Services Director and Global Total Rewards Lead at Majid Al Futtaim since May 2018, Mohamed has successfully led teams in delivering comprehensive Total Rewards programs for a diverse workforce over 40,000 employees across 17 countries. Previous roles include HR Business Partner at Etisalat Misr, Regional HR Manager at Ericsson, and Compensation & Benefits Principal Specialist at the National Bank of Egypt. With a strong foundation in HR strategy, talent management, and employee relations, Mohamed has demonstrated leadership in driving transformation initiatives and aligning HR practices with organizational objectives. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Cairo University.
