Umair Imran

Umair Imran is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security operations and vulnerability management. Currently serving as a Security Operations Specialist at Monzo Bank since February 2023, Umair is focused on minimizing the damage from cybersecurity incidents and coordinating recovery efforts. Previously, at Hogan Lovells, Umair worked as a Security Operations Lead managing a global team and reporting directly to the CISO. Umair's career also includes significant roles at CrowdStrike as a Senior Analyst and Analyst, where expertise was applied in endpoint security solutions. Earlier experience includes positions as a Vulnerability Manager and various security analyst roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk and the Bank of England. Umair holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
