Lorena Garcia Rodriguez

Lorena Garcia Rodriguez's work experience includes their current role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Call Gurus, which they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Majka, where they focused on helping mothers thrive in the postpartum stage. Lorena co-founded Bloguettes/ Wela Creative Studio in 2014, where they initially conducted branding workshops and later expanded into online training and a branding agency. Lorena also has experience as the Owner/Business Development of Dragados Y Urbanizaciones Siglo 21, a Mexican dredging company, and as a Principal/Business Development at Sterling Fine Properties, a premium real estate brokerage. Lorena pursued their MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2009 until 2011.

Lorena Garcia Rodriguez pursued their education in various institutions. Lorena began their educational journey in 2004 at Universidad Anáhuac, where they completed their undergraduate studies. Lorena then went on to Harvard University in 2008, focusing on entrepreneurship, finance, accounting, and leadership. Following their time at Harvard, Lorena joined Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2009, earning a Master of Science degree in Global Management in 2010. Lorena continued their studies at Thunderbird and completed a Master of Business Administration degree in International Finance in 2011.
