Bhakti U. is a seasoned Senior Software Architect at majoo Indonesia since May 2022, previously serving as Head of Information Technology at PT Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Manufacturing and as IT System/Software Development Lead at PT Showa Indonesia Manufacturing. With a career spanning over 19 years, Bhakti U. has a strong background in overseeing software development projects aimed at digitalization and automation, particularly in the Industry 4.0 framework. Notable achievements include the successful deployment of various systems such as a Barcode System for Manufacturing, E-Billing System, and IT Service Desk. Education was completed with a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya in 2003.
