John Davies has extensive work experience in the drilling industry. John started their career with Pontil PTY LTD in 1989 as a Supervisor and worked there until 1996. John then joined Major Drilling International, Inc. in 1996 as a Senior Supervisor and stayed with the company until 2002. In 2003, they became an Operations Manager at Major Drilling International, Inc. and later became the Country Manager from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they transitioned to Regional General Manager-Asia at Major Drilling. In 2017, they took on the role of VP Operations - Australasia, first at Major Drilling International, Inc. and later at Major Drilling. More recently, they have been serving as the VP Operations Australasia & Africa at Major Drilling since May 2022. John Davies has demonstrated consistent growth and leadership throughout their career, with a focus on operations management and regional leadership.
