Ashley Kalstek

Ashley Kalstek is an experienced general manager currently serving at Major Food Group since July 2018, with previous roles including assistant general manager and floor manager. Prior to this, Ashley worked at The Writing Room from October 2014 to June 2018 as Maitre’d/Manager, overseeing guest relations, marketing, and staff management in a high-volume environment. Additionally, Ashley contributed to the strategy and planning team at Young & Rubicam for a short stint in 2016, focusing on market research for pharmaceutical and philanthropic accounts. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Journalism from Pace University - Lubin School of Business and The City College of New York.
