Joe Laresca

Joe Laresca is a multifaceted entrepreneur with extensive experience in creative agency and media ventures. As the Founder and CEO of NOISE since August 2018, Joe leads a full-service agency and venture studio. Joe has also invested in Major Food Group since January 2021 and served as an Advisor at SERHANT. from August 2017 to September 2022, where Joe played a pivotal role in establishing the first real estate media brokerage. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include founding BOOST, a DTC gummy brand, and co-founding Serhant Media Group, which evolved into SERHANT. Joe's early ventures include founding SnapTV Inc., which produced one of the first shows on Snapchat, and starting a web design agency during college. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from William & Mary and has attended Harvard Business School Online and Princeton University.
