Previously, Shawn has held positions at VCN Partners, LLC, Nike, Fulbright & Jaworski, BBM Entertainment LLC, and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Shawn holds a Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University.
