Johnny Grave currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Major League Cricket since February 2025 and has been a Board Member of Coolidge Cricket Ground Inc since April 2019. Previously, Johnny held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Cricket West Indies from February 2017 to November 2024 and worked as the Commercial Director at The Professional Cricketers Association from April 2007 to January 2017, overseeing commercial revenues and charitable income. Additionally, Johnny was the Head of Media & Sales at Surrey County Cricket Club from June 2000 to March 2007, managing sponsorship, commercial revenues, and media activities. Academic credentials include an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School in March 2023, an MBA from Bayes Business School (2013-2015), and a BA (Hons) in Geography & Management Studies from the University of Leeds (1995-1998).
