Allen Alongi, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience across various roles in operations and management. Currently serving as a Referee for Major League Rugby since May 2018, Alongi also held the position of Director of Operations at Allergy & ENT Associates from July 2023 to July 2024. Previous experience includes Practice Manager for HCA Healthcare at Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine from February 2021 to June 2023, and Residency Program Coordinator at LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans from May 2017 to February 2021. Alongi has also contributed as Director At Large for Louisiana Rugby and worked as a Project Manager for the American Diabetes Association. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from LSU Shreveport, a Master of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of New Orleans, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Louisiana State University.

Major League Rugby is a professional sports league representing the highest rugby competition in North America. The League evolved from seven teams in 2018 to 12 teams in 2023, featuring 11 from the United States and one from Canada. Major League Rugby has experienced significant growth in six years, and the momentum continues as the league and rugby grow throughout North America on the road to the 2031 Rugby World Cup hosted by the United States.
