Wendy Young is a seasoned Principal Program Manager at NI (National Instruments) with extensive experience in global operations, facilities management, and human resources. Since March 2019, Wendy has led significant workplace modernization initiatives and championed inclusive programs enhancing the work environment for over 7,000 employees. In addition, Wendy serves as a Play-by-Play Commentator for Major League Rugby and has a rich history in sports commentary, beginning in 2010, along with founding Your Scrumhalf Connection, which focuses on women's rugby coverage. Previous roles include marketing and technical project management at various organizations, demonstrating strong capabilities in client partnership and project execution. Wendy holds a Bachelor's degree in Health and Sports Sciences from American Public Military University and an Associate's degree in Visual Arts from the University of Oklahoma.

Major League Rugby
Major League Rugby is a professional sports league representing the highest rugby competition in North America. The League evolved from seven teams in 2018 to 12 teams in 2023, featuring 11 from the United States and one from Canada. Major League Rugby has experienced significant growth in six years, and the momentum continues as the league and rugby grow throughout North America on the road to the 2031 Rugby World Cup hosted by the United States. MLR matches are televised on Fox Sports, among other national and local market platforms.
