Jennifer Dominguez

Jennifer Dominguez currently serves as Director of Player Relations at Major League Soccer, where responsibilities include managing the League-wide Roster and Budget Compliance program and leading sanctioning efforts for rules violations. Prior to this role, Jennifer held several positions at the Big Ten Conference, culminating in the role of Director of Compliance and Student-Athlete Engagement, where advice was provided to member institutions regarding NCAA and Big Ten rules. Other roles at the Big Ten included Associate Director and Assistant Director, focusing on compliance and athlete engagement. Earlier experience includes a Compliance Coordinator role at Texas Tech University and a Compliance Graduate Assistant position at the University of Kansas Athletics. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Sport Management from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies from Iowa State University.
