Steph Savino

Steph Savino is an accomplished soccer coach and executive with extensive experience in the sports industry. Currently serving as Head Coach of the USL W League and Technical Director at Morris Elite Soccer Club since October 2021, Savino has led the team to multiple championships and top finishes, including Metropolitan Division Champions in 2022 and 2023. Prior to this role, Savino held various senior leadership positions at Major League Soccer and served as Head Coach for Girls Soccer at Asphalt Green, where recognition included state cup finalist honors and the initiation of a Female Empowerment & Mentorship Pilot Program. Additional coaching experience includes positions at Pratt Institute and a background in marketing at Ralph Lauren. Savino holds a Master of Science in Recreation and Sport Science with a focus on Soccer Coaching from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Siena College.
