Allison Rosner

Allison Rosner is a seasoned professional in legal operations and investor relations, currently serving as Managing Director at Major, Lindsey & Africa since September 2022. Prior to this role, Allison held the position of Chief of Staff to General Counsel and Senior Director of Legal Operations at Modernizing Medicine from September 2020 to September 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Investor Relations at MHR Fund Management LLC from April 2018 to April 2020, and Deputy Director of Fundraising and Investor Relations at Warburg Pincus from June 2005 to April 2018.
