Barrett Avigdor

Barrett Avigdor is Executive Director of the In-House Counsel Recruiting team, Barrett Avigdor guides strategy for practice growth, client relations and recruiter development. She works closely with her counterparts to ensure a consistent approach to business development and relationship building is maintained throughout the practice. Barrett brings more than 25 years of experience as a senior leader, manager, lawyer, recruiter and executive coach.

Prior to becoming an Executive Director, Barrett was a Managing Director and co-founder of the Transform Advisory Services practice working with corporate law departments and law firms to build highly effective teams by providing organizational design, talent development and culture consulting.
