Connie Chung

Connie Chung, Managing Director—Candidate Development on the Interim Legal Talent team, specializes in the recruitment of attorneys, paralegals and other legal professionals for a variety of legal opportunities including substantive project-based legal work and permanent paralegal placement.

Connie is an experienced legal recruiter having worked in-house for both Stripe and Meta. At both companies, she managed the full recruitment cycle and partnered with senior leadership to hire and build brand new functions and significantly scale their legal departments. She was also deeply involved in building diversity roadmaps and identifying areas of opportunity for recruiting at both companies. In addition, Connie trained and mentored new legal recruiters at Stripe and Meta when they joined the company.
