Haylee Harrison

As a Managing Director—Candidate Development on the Interim Legal Talent team in Philadelphia, Haylee Harrison focuses on identifying talented interim and contract attorneys as well as experienced paraprofessionals for short-term, temp-to-perm and project-based roles in corporations and law firms.

Haylee began her career as an attorney in Miami, handling discovery documents, contract review, corporate litigation and high-volume case management. She then transitioned into recruiting with CompHealth where she worked closely with her clients to find qualified candidate using direct and indirect recruiting strategies while also nurturing candidates to help them find opportunities that would led to career success.
