Michelle O'Brien

A Managing Director within Interim Legal Talent, Michelle O’Brien works with Boston-area corporations and law firms to provide staffing and interim solutions to meet their workload challenges and project-based needs.

Michelle joined Major, Lindsey & Africa after an extensive career in recruiting, working with Assigned Counsel, Kelly Law Registry, Special Counsel and, most recently, Delta T Group. In those roles, Michelle led recruitment efforts to identify and place lawyers as well as health and human services professionals and education professionals in both temporary and permanent positions.
