Matthew Hart

Matthew Hart is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Finance Director at Major Recruitment since June 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew's extensive career at Rullion spanned nearly three decades, culminating in a position as Finance Director, where responsibilities included margin and pricing analysis, capital and credit risk management, and collaboration with the CEO on business KPIs. Matthew also served as Financial Controller and Accountant, overseeing management accounting and financial reporting. Matthew holds a BA(Hons) in Accountancy and Finance from Nottingham Trent University and completed secondary education at Canon Slade School.
