Charlie Wagner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as a Program Manager and previously as a Process Engineer at Major Tool & Machine since August 2014, Charlie has demonstrated strong leadership by managing and scheduling work for a team of project engineers and designers while providing regular updates on deadlines and program milestones. Prior experience includes serving as a Lead Engineer and Project Engineer at THERMAL STRUCTURES INC. from February 2011 to August 2014, where Charlie managed projects in the automotive and aerospace industries and developed products adhering to stringent emissions standards. Early career experience involved summer employment as a Maintenance Worker at The Precedent Companies & The Peterson Company, engaging in various construction and maintenance tasks. Charlie Wagner holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
