Currently serving as an Assistant Solution Manager and Senior Solution Specialist at Majorel China since November 2020, Alice specializes in CRM solutions and Martech B2B sales. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Consultant at Meltwater, focusing on media monitoring and SaaS solutions, and as a BD Executive for Mintel in the Great China region, where market research and consumer insights were key responsibilities. Alice began a career in retail as a Luxury Sales Associate intern at Selfridges, after gaining valuable experience as a Teaching Assistant Leader intern at New Oriental Education & Technology Group. Alice holds a Master of Science degree in International Fashion Retailing from The University of Manchester, completed between 2016 and 2018.
