Alice Jiang

Alice Jiang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and client acquisition across various sectors. Currently serving as an Assistant Solution Manager and Senior Solution Specialist at Majorel China since November 2020, Alice specializes in CRM solutions and Martech B2B sales. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Consultant at Meltwater, focusing on media monitoring and SaaS solutions, and as a BD Executive for Mintel in the Great China region, where market research and consumer insights were key responsibilities. Alice began a career in retail as a Luxury Sales Associate intern at Selfridges, after gaining valuable experience as a Teaching Assistant Leader intern at New Oriental Education & Technology Group. Alice holds a Master of Science degree in International Fashion Retailing from The University of Manchester, completed between 2016 and 2018.
