Vanessa Ding is an experienced professional in customer account management and quality assurance, currently serving as both Customer Account Manager and Quality Manager at Majorel China since November 2016. In these roles, Vanessa Ding conducts regular analyses of quality metrics based on audit results and implements plans to enhance performance, while also organizing calibration sessions among evaluators to ensure alignment with quality standards. Prior to this, Vanessa Ding worked as a Training Specialist at Sutherland Global Services from April 2015 to October 2016, where responsibilities included leading New-Hire training and successfully delivering over 1000 hours of training to 400 trainees.
