Ruth Waweru

Ruth Waweru is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and financial management. Currently serving as a Team Manager at Majorel since April 2021, Ruth is responsible for developing educational training materials, coaching customer service agents, and ensuring effective customer engagement. Previous experience includes a role as a Customer Support Representative at Majorel where prompt responses to inquiries enhanced customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Ruth worked as a Junior Accountant at Lodestar Enterprises, effectively managing vendor relationships and payment processes, and as a Financial Advisor at Cytonn Investments, where strategic client identification led to substantial business growth. Ruth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Karatina University and achieved a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education from Starehe Girls' Centre and School.
