Youssef Eddanni

Youssef Eddanni is an accomplished Operations Manager with a background in customer relations and quality assurance. They began their career as a Guidance and Preparation Agent at Mahola Airport in 2017, where they specialized in flow management and security procedures. In 2021, Youssef took on roles at Majorel, progressing to Operations Lead and subsequently holding positions in quality assurance and web content management. They earned a Bachelor's degree in American/United States Studies from the University Hassan II Faculty Ben M'Sik from 2013 to 2016, following their baccalaureate in Biology from Al Farabi High School.
