Kenniva Adipi is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management with experience in various roles across notable companies. Currently serving as a People & Culture Generalist at Majority since July 2024, Kenniva previously held similar positions at Fitzco and Dagger, where responsibilities included enhancing organizational culture and supporting HR initiatives. Kenniva began the career as an HR Administrator at Human Resource Dimensions and progressed through roles including Human Resources Coordinator and Senior Human Resources Coordinator at Atlanta Cheesecake Company and Dagger, respectively. Kenniva earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Georgia State University between 2014 and 2018.
