Kayla Brunton

Kayla Brunton has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in People & Culture at Mitel since September 2018. Previously, Kayla held various human resources roles, including Human Resources Advisor and Coordinator at First Air from October 2013 to September 2018, and Human Resources Assistant at both the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit and First Air. Early career experience includes administrative support roles at the Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority and Crain & Schooley Insurance Brokers Ltd. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Studies from Nipissing University and a Business Administration Diploma in Human Resources from Canadore College.
